Chengdu Cynn Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the spacious and comfortable rooms with interesting electronic controls, the attentive and helpful staff, and the expansive breakfast with both Western and Chinese options.

Expansive breakfast, spacious rooms, helpful staff, comfortable stay, good quality buffet dinner, interesting electronic controls.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, arranging taxis and providing great home service. the spacious rooms had comfortable beds and excellent shower facilities. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of tasty dishes, both Western and Chinese. If you're heading to the airport, be sure to double check with the English-speaking concierge to avoid the mistake of being driven to the wrong terminal.

The soundproofing could be better as we experienced some noise from other guests in the hallway.

The soundproofing of the room was not great, as I could hear the people in the room across from me talking loudly in the hallway. It was quite disruptive and I had to ask them to return to their room at 2pm. However, they continued to come in and out of their room for the next three hours, causing the door to loudly shut each time, making it difficult for me to fall back asleep. This was a very unpleasant experience.

This hotel is located in a great spot, close to all the action! the bed and shower were so comfortable and the room was really spacious. the staff was amazing, always attentive and extremely helpful. They even helped us arrange taxis whenever we needed them. the SPA was definitely a highlight, the massage was so relaxing!

The meals at the restaurant were a bit pricey, but the selection of dishes was great. we did notice that the buffet food didn't seem very fresh.

The hotel I stayed at this Easter had a great location, close to key tourist attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. One advantage that I enjoyed was the complimentary breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of options. the hotel had some interesting electronic controls in the room.

the indoor swimming pool and spa centre were fantastic and provided solace from our busy schedule. the restaurant and bar/lounge area had an extensive menu and offered excellent service. Room advantages included the exclusive facilities, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location was also perfect for our needs.

The only negative aspect was the lack of soundproofing in the room. We were woken up multiple times during the night by loud noise coming from the hallway and neighboring rooms.
